This bright, modern apartment is a five-minute walk from Dundee University, and the city's most popular cafes, bars and restaurants. Free on-street parking is available right outside the door but it can be busy at times. There is a store nearby and Dundee’s 24 hour bakery just around the corner! Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum. Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; lounge with plenty of space to relax, double bedroom with plentiful storage, kitchen and bathroom. The large corner sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as can be seen in the photos) if required while the dining table doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. There is also supermarket nearby along with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive. If you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to get in touch, or, feel free to book instantly. Please also see some of the very kind reviews left by fantastic previous guests! Guests will have the entire Apartment to themselves. Entry is a self-check in process using a key lock, but I am always available to contact if required. Please check my guidebook for helpful local tips on Cafe's, Restaurants and the nearest shops. There is free on-street Parking outside and you can see a map to the Train Station in the listing photos above. There is a well-maintained stairway up to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times. Please note, this is a very old tenement building and the stairs are quite steep. This flat is on the third floor. There is a Double bed and fitted wardrobe in the main bedroom along with a full-length mirror and chest of drawers. Also, have a great time in Dundee!

☆Modern Flat, Close to University and City Centre☆

Neil was an amazing host with excellent communication. He was available if you had any queries or help. Check in was easy and the place was immaculate and very homely. The complimentary tea cake and Irn Bru was a thoughtful touch. Overall an amazing place and would definitely come back again.

Lovely flat in a good west end location, everything was clean and comfortable. We are a family of 4 and found the space bigger than we expected from the pictures. The street is quiet and it’s not difficult to find a parking space on the street. Neil was a great host, ensuring we had a pleasant stay and was always quick to respond if we had any queries. Thank you!

Great place with a great host and ideal location for University. Would highly recommend.

I’ve just left Neil’s flat. I’m a student who needed a place to spend my first 2 weeks in the city. During my stay I had a really nice experience! Everything was really comfortable as you can see from the pictures, in particular I enjoyed the spacious living room and the completely furnished kitchen (I’m Italian so I need a lot of things to cook) beyond expectation! The place is close to the university and Neil was really kind to me during my first weeks in a new city being always available and proposing his help to me! Thank you Neil

Extended another ten days and enjoyed the stay there. Neil is Really nice young guy and helpful.
