This bright, modern apartment is a short walk from Dundee University, V+A Museum and the city's most popular cafes, bars and restaurants. Free on-street parking is available nearby but it can be busy at times. There is also a 24 hour bakery just around the corner! Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum. Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; lounge with plenty of space to relax, double bedroom with plentiful storage, kitchen and bathroom. The large sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as seen in the photos)&nbsp;if required&nbsp;while the dining table doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. There is also supermarket nearby along with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive. There is free on-street Parking outside and you can see a map to the Train Station in the listing photos above. There is a well-maintained, secure entrance hallway leading to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and hallway at all times. This flat is on the ground floor for ease of access. There is a Double bed and wardrobe in the main bedroom along with a full-length mirror. If you are booking for three or four people, there is a fold-out double bed in the lounge and additional bedding/towels will be provided for your stay. Also, have a great time in Dundee!

Neil’s flat was so nice and charming. Great space close to the University and w/in easy walking distance of the city center. The flat was bright, clean and full of comfortable amenities. Neil’s extra hospitality were evident in the treats and Iron Bru he had waiting for us upon arrival. Neil’s communication prior to and during our stay were outstanding. So prompt and helpful and offering to assist w/ anything we needed. We can’t wait to stay at Neil’s flat again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Dundee. Excellent location! Tait's lane is nice and quiet but also only a minute from Perth road and all of its shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as public transit to downtown Dundee. If you prefer to walk, it's only 25 minutes to the two Dundee malls, and about the same to the V&A, HMS Discovery, and the train station. Great location and friendly and helpful owner. Flat itself was clean tidy and well stocked with what we needed. We definitely recommend staying here!
