❄️ Air Conditioning: pay-per-meter (covers all units, based on usage). 📶 Wi-Fi: €5 per day (paid by cash on arrival) 💳 Refundable Security Deposit: €500 (paid by card on arrival) for group of 12 persons. For groups of 12 or more, the refundable security deposit amount will be adjusted due to the larger group size.
For bookings of 28 nights and more (monthly), please note that we charge extra for Wifi/TV Service @ €100 and extra electricity consumption starting from €300 @ 4 persons and adjusted to the final number of persons in the reservation. Payments are cash on arrival.

The Villa had eveyrthing a party of 12 needed
The space we had was simply excellent for a large party and we could have easily had more in comfort
Indoor pool ,outdoor pool ..a great games room
2 terraces so plenty of room for all of us.
Owners were most helpful and made sure we were happy for the duration of the stay.
I simply couldn't fault the villa or the owners...Terrific
We would certainly go again
