Excellent communication before and during our stay from this host (Laia), with any questions answered promptly and accurately.
 
 The house is in an amazing location - really close to the beach and good for the gay area of town also. Despite being so central, it was not noisy at all and felt very calm, safe and relaxing.
 
 The house is immaculately presented and actually larger than I had anticipated from the photographs. The two terraces are lovely with views over rooftops and (partially) to the sea, and the plunge pool was a nice added touch. The decor is modern and attractive, and the house was incredibly clean despite us visiting at the end of the season. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the coffee maker was a nice touch. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the bathrooms are a good size with effective showers.
 
 The lounge / dining / kitchen area is open plan and very good for socialising. There is a useful utility room with iron / washing machine etc.
 
 We were very impressed with this property and would love to come back (unless it's fully booked!).

Great apartment in the centre of town. Just a shame you can't enjoy the terraces to their full advantage in November! The place is spacious and well appointed. I would definitely recommend it.
