This space also lends itself to those who enjoy Yoga, Pilates,Meditation or Personal Training sessions. The garden features palms and Mediterranean plants, along with olive trees, adding to the feeling of being in your own private hideaway. A paved terrace and sun loungerssurrounds the swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climes. Set within the garden there is additional seating for relaxing witha good book, or for those wishing to have a little solitude from the pool area. Ideal for leisurely al fresco meals is the outdoor dining gazebo. With an outside cooking hoband a barbecue, convivial meals can be enjoyed togetherbefore retiring to the spaciouslounge area inside the villa. In the cooler months, the inside dining space is a perfect place to socialise over a meal.

North Cyprus Luxury Villa 

We had a fantastic time at Villa Katrubekar. We were a mixed age group from 1 years to 91 years and everyone had a brilliant time. The villa is gorgeous and incredibly spacious, with lots of lovely areas for relaxing and spending time together. Carol could not have been more helpful - always on hand should we need anything at all. We really enjoyed exploring everything North Cyprus had to offer. Thanks so much Carol for a very special holiday.

Wonderful family stay!

We just came back from a wonderful week, the villa is really well appointed with everything you can possible need inside (BBQ, hot tub, steam room, top grade appliances, multiple seating areas, the list goes on).
 We travelled with 3 children ranging from 1 to 6 years old and a 91 year old. Although there were some steps to get down to the pool, the accessibility of the villa is very manageable for someone using walking frame/sticks. 
Carole was a very welcoming host and couldn’t do more to give us the best holiday! She and her team were very responsive and gave great recommendations throughout.

Fab holiday with children and older ones!

There are no words in the English language to describe how much we enjoyed 2 Beautifully Fabulous weeks in Villa Katrubekar, Cyprus, owned by the lovely Carol who made our stay First Class. The finish and features of the villa are just superb with a hot tub, swimming pool, full air conditioning, garden night lights, electric blinds, fully fitted kitchen and beautiful tiled throughout. I highly recommend the villa to everyone ... 5 Star Review. Thank you Carol (& top man hubby Francis) for everything you did to make our vacation smooth and enjoyable!!! Perfect!!!

Beautifully Fabulous & Peaceful

It was second time to come this villa. Best place in Cyprus. She is best owner that I met. When we asked anything, she responded very quickly and solve all problems.

If only we could rate this villa above 5 stars! We stayed at Villa Katrubekar for 2 weeks, and it was our very first villa rental vacation, it was truly a perfect escape. The villa was immaculate and felt like a home away from home from the moment we walked in. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The property’s design made us feel like we were in the Caribbean, adding to the overall tropical and tranquil vibe. The views were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning mountains on one side and the ocean on the other, creating a serene and peaceful environment that was perfect for unwinding. The upstairs space provided the perfect office area, allowing us to work comfortably while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Waking up to such a picturesque scene each day was a highlight of our trip. Carol, our host, went above and beyond to make us comfortable, including a basket of goodies such as local wines and fruits and a fridge stocked with the best butter, farm eggs, and village bread to get us started. Carol was always responsive around the clock when we had questions. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in North Cyprus with the wow factor. We cannot wait to come back in 2025!
