Crossing the River Avon via Pulteney Bridge, you can explore Sydney Gardens, Henrietta Park and the Holburne Museum, all within a mile. Entering the property, a grand Georgian hall leads you up to the entrance lobby and into this tastefully updated apartment. The spacious lounge enjoys superb views from the large shuttered sash windows towards the Royal Crescent, and the room also has a TV, plush furnishings and an array of eye-catching artwork. This charming apartment also features a refreshing shower room and a utility room (external to the apartment) which houses the washing machine and dryer. The apartment has no outside space of its own, but the idyllic parkland of the Royal Crescent is immediately opposite the property, with the Royal Victoria Park just a hundred metres or so around the corner. The nearest car park is 0.5 miles away. Parking is convenient with Charlotte Street Car Park a couple of minutes drive away and a short walk back across the park. Access is provided using a key safe.
