Property Layout: 
Cougar Cabin is a three-level home. The main entrance is on the ground floor. The main living area is on the second floor, with the Elk Master Suite
and Mama Bear Room located on the third floor.

 <li>In winter, snowplows may begin early and cause some street noise.</li>
 <li>The deck and front areas are not shoveled, only the main entrance is maintained.</li>
 <li>Outdoor furniture is stored away during winter months.</li>
 <li>The driveway is regularly plowed when it snows.</li>

🧼 Cleanliness & Carpet Care

 <li>Please remove shoes in the bedrooms. Boot trays are provided in entryways.</li>
 <li>Carpets are white and recently steam-cleaned. Stains may result in cleaning fees.</li>
 <li>If spills occur, use the carpet cleaner spray in the main floor utility closet.</li>
 <li>Do not use white towels for makeup removal or cleaning — use provided dark grey towels or cleaning rags in the laundry room.</li>

🐶 Pet Policy

 <li>$200 fee per dog per stay ($100 for small dogs under 10 lbs).</li>
 <li>Max 2 dogs. No other pets allowed.</li>

Rustic Elegance- Walk to Main & Mountain Views!

Heaven! The house is modest with all the amenities you can find and well appointed and decorated. We have never stayed at such an Airbnb with so much attention to guests.  Fully appointed kitchen, nice beds, nice pots, dishes, full spices, coffee, sugar and condiments - even left us Tupperware to take leftovers. We brought our beloved dogs - Summit and Aspen and they also were made to feel at home with dog treats, bowls and the best part - the amazing access to trails and town. Our stay was  10 STARS!! We are already planning a summer trip to enjoy more hiking.

The best vacation experience

We came to Breck during the off-season to save a little money and I think it was actually a good deal.  We got great weather, able to book some amazing restaurants. This place was a rare find and grateful to Vanessa for being so attentive.  We stayed for a month and we loved the cozy accommodations and the location just could not beat.  We took the trails with our golden everywhere and we could not believe that we could just walk out of the backyard.  We were very satisfied with the house and location!

Rustic & Cozy

We went in offseason to avoid the crowds. We loved going on hikes with our border collie.  We cuddled by the fire on the deck and also enjoyed the sauna. The home is super cozy and we felt like we were at home and the hosts really care about our comfort and needs.  They warmed up the cabin before we arrived so it was toasty and provided us with coffee and condiments. It was very spiritual. Thank you Vanessa & Shawn.

Cozy Getaway

We got married in Breckenridge and chose Cougar Cabin as our honeymoon stay. The house was so cozy and the master bedroom was spacious with a fireplace and balcony. We spent the days relaxing and the evenings on the deck by the fire. The house was so peaceful and the hikes were incredible. As advertised, the house backs up against incredible hiking and world-class biking trails. We enjoyed the Sauna and our fur baby enjoyed the time here. We felt that the hosts truly welcomed our dog, Luna and the house was so clean you would never know it is pet friendly. We will make this our anniversary tradition. Vanessa tended to every detail for our honeymoon stay. We loved the gift.

Romantic Getaway

We had a great time at Cougar Cabin. When we arrived the house was so warm and cozy. Vanessa made sure to preheat the cabin and leave lights on for us. She also left some sleds out for the kids which was very nice of them. The house has multiple levels and perfect for large families or groups. The kitchen had just about everything we needed and loved the coffee left for us. There are smart TVs in every room which was perfect for the kids. The trail was accessible into town and enjoyed the walk back up from dinner. We want to be back in Summer!
