beachfront bliss & breeze

The apartment is beautiful and matched the photos shown, in addition to being impeccable. Unfortunately, there was a problem in the building with the drainage, and one of the bathrooms flooded. But Kaz responded quickly and handled the situation: a plumber came to assess the situation and she replaced all the towels. Then David spoke with the owner and they arranged a refund of part of the money to compensate for the experience. The situation had to do with the building management; it went beyond the local arrangement for the apartment. Everyone's actions were excellent and immediate! Thanks for everything! I would book here again. The apartment and its facilities are amazing!!! I highly recommend the place and its people!

I would book here again

We were warmly welcomed, and everything was shown to us in detail. The apartment is in tip-top condition. Everything is clean, and you feel comfortable, like at home. You are close to the beach. There is also a small supermarket right nearby. I would definitely book again.

We were warmly welcomed

Excellent facilities. Good location. Complicated check-in process: no automation, and I had to pay 50 euros to enter after 9:00 p.m. (the charge was not clear). Unfriendly communication.

Good location

We had a fantastic time in Armacao de Pera. The property was well presented, clean, modern with all the amenities you would expect from a Condo in the Bay Area. The on site pool and spa were fantastic, free sun-beds every day around the pool in the sun or shade. Lovely Beach was within a 5 minute walk and you could rent a bed, lounger or just take a towel and lay on the sand. Water temperature was 23.5 degrees and great for a cool down. Food shops and supermarkets are close by and within walking distance as well as a host of bars and restaurants. Some fantastic places to eat and the seafood was second to none. David and Kaz were fantastic and always on hand to help with general queries. Definitely be back.

We had a fantastic time

It was perfect for our stay in Armaçao de Pera. The apartment was very, very comfortable for our family of 4. We were able to cook a little and enjoyed the pool after the beach every day. The facilities are impeccable, and the complex is beautiful. I would come back here anytime! I recommend it!
