Mar is a short walk from Samara’s beach, restaurants and nightlife. You’ll love Mar because of the equipped kitchen, great patio, handcrafted furniture, cozy window seat, fast WIFI, no TV and comfortable beds. Villa Mar and 5 other villas share our beautiful pool and bird's nest yoga platform on the Villas Espavel property. With our towering trees alongside a seasonal river. you’ll relish the cool shade of Villas Espavel when the rest of town is scorching. Mar is good for families and small groups. All the windows have window screens and security bars.
Villas Espavel is an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and downtown area.
We spend most of our time outside and we bet you will too. Favorite past times are swinging in the hammock while looking at the green jungle, swimming in the cool pool, and enjoying a delicious cup of coffee at sunrise.
Villas Espavel is very secure as the property is hidden away down a long driveway. There are 4 parking spots that are available on a first come, first served basis. There is ample street parking outside of our gate if all the parking spots are filled.
You will see the General Manage, Johannah, our cleaning & maintenance team and our gardener onsite most days in case you have questions as you settle in. We have a washer & dryer available if you need one during your stay.

Villa Mar

The place is very cute! Well decorated and lovely to spend time in. It has everything you need to cook, bikes to rent, and a pool to swim in. It is a quiet spot and yet just a short walk to the center of the tiny town and beach.

Lovely place

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful place with nature surrounding yet within walking distance of town and restaurants. The pool is lovely and was wonderful for the kids, along with the small pulley slide. Johannah was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Just 5 minutes from the city center but feels like you’re in the jungle. Great place to enjoy a comfortable stay in Sámara. A collection of 5 villa’s on a beautiful place with a collective pool. Every villa has its own facility’s like a kitchen and bathroom with all required equipment.

Enjoy the peace of the jungle, you’ll see howler monkeys climbing the tree’s nest to your house and the most beautiful birds will fly just over your head while you’re enjoying the patio.

Lovely villa in city jungle
