<ul><li dir="ltr">Boat experiences are offered as a separate add-on and are not included in the base rental rate</li><li dir="ltr">Self-drive option is available only for guests who pass our screening process (valid ID and boating experience required)</li><li dir="ltr">All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a security deposit authorization prior to use</li><li dir="ltr">A captain check-in and check-out inspection is required for every rental</li><li dir="ltr">Operating area: Cape Coral canals and surrounding Gulf-access waterways</li><li dir="ltr">Maximum passenger capacity: 12 guests</li><li dir="ltr">Guests must follow all U.S. Coast Guard safety regulations and Florida boating laws at all times</li><li dir="ltr">No alcohol consumption while operating the vessel</li><li dir="ltr">Any damages caused during the rental period are the responsibility of the guest</li></ul>

My family truly enjoyed our stay. The place was spacious and clean with all amenities provided. My kids had a blast playing in the pool too. I appreciate the clear communication with the host before and during our stay. We will be back!

This was a lovely quiet place to stay for a vacation. The heated pool was amazing and we had everything we needed. The house was very clean, and there was a high chair and pack’n’play which was very nice
