🌴 Kitchen must be left clean and organized on Check-Out Day. Trash must go outside in main bins by parking. 
🌴 Music is allowed as long as it is within the boundaries of the property and neighbors are not disturbed. Quite hours start from 10:00pm to 10:00am. NO karaoke or sound system is allowed.

This is my fifth return to this location. The Villa is amazing. The view of the ocean is breathtaking in the pool is with fun begin.
I stayed with my friends and family to celebrate a birthday celebration. The beautiful weather, the professionalism of Rosie our chef and Alberto our driver made our day and all of our wishes come true. Come one come all and I guarantee everyone will come back again. 💕Sosua is very safe, and the locals were welcoming. I can go on and on, but all I can say your villa is amazing. Casa Linda villa 813 and Sousa, is a best kept. We’ll be back.

A place where dreams come true

I had the most amazing time. The Villa was beautiful, I did not want to leave. My room was comfortable, everything was clean, the pool was superb and the views spectacular. I would come back again and again. The location was close to everything. I really enjoyed my time at the Villa and definitely will be back. ♥️♥️

A place to spend time as a family it is excellent, it is very private. A spectacular view. Worth everything about it.
