Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a TV and cable box, and a private balcony with direct access to a pool, to cool down after a long sunny beach day.
The master bedroom is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable bed with four pillows, A/C, a safe box, and a spacious closet. The en-suite bathroom includes a washer and dryer for your convenience, along with toiletries provided by Conti & Co—shampoo, hand soap, and toilet paper. You'll also have four body towels and one hand towel available for your stay.

HOUSE RULES:
✔Booking Balance and Damage Deposit of 200U$D to be paid in CASH upon arrival. Refunded on Check-Out day. ✔Maximum number of people allowed: 4 ✔ Arrival time 3:00 PM ✔ Departure at 11:00 AM ✔ Smoking is allowed ONLY outside the property ✔ Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times. Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund. ✔ No Karaoke, sound system, drones, motor bikes, scooters or four-wheel are allowed. ✔ You must leave the kitchen clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the main tank near security.
CLEANING: ✔Fee paid at time of reservation is only for check-out cleaning. ✔ 7 Nights have 1 FREE cleaning. ✔ Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 10 usd per bedroom. ✔ Monthly Discounted Priced Bookings include 1 deep cleaning per week.
MONTHLY RENTALS RULES: ✔ Damage Deposit is 500U$D and refunded on departure day. ✔ Includes 1 cleaning per week. ✔ Does not Includes electricity. We recommend to buy disposable wine glasses at Playero or Pola Supermarket. ✔ TOWELS: We do not provide wash cloths. We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day. Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel.

I love the place very quiet private and and the security was great I will be there again in the near future

Awesome place hot shower drinking water is available and walking distance to the sites in town and all the great food and steps away literally to playa Alicia and sosua beach is just a small 8 min walk as well very central off the beaten path I. A very quiet area stay hill you will not regret it!

Perfect 1BR condo for the solo traveler or couple looking to get away. A 1 minute walk to the beautiful Playa Alicia and around the corner from the heart of sosua. A++ would recommend!
