1 Br CONTI Los Balcones D1 Downtown Sosua Alicia Beach

Me and my partner stayed here for two beautiful nights. The location is PERFECT, the place was very clean, pretty and comfortable.

Los Balcones D1

Great location, beautiful place. Direct access to Playa Alicia.

Hands down, I was thoroughly satisfied and impressed. I’d say that the pictures, the reviews, and owner descriptions are an understatement.

Just to be 100% honest, if you’re a guest looking to come into town entertain locals, have wild pool parties, and quote on quote “Live it up”. This is not the place for you. However, if you would like to just get away from the hustle and bustle, relax in a; clean, quiet, beautiful, environment and atmosphere of tranquility. With a bouquet of natural colors such as blue waters, green mountains, multi colored skies, all sun kissed in the evening while hearing crashing waves as the sea sings you a lullaby. This is definitely the place, pure Feng-Shui.

I loved my experience/stay. It was also very safe. The security guard was very attentive, thorough, and alert. I am sold on this place. I will definitely be back, this is my place of peace.

My only complaint is that I set the air on low one night and I woke up freezing, which is definitely not a complaint
World Class Hosts

I enjoyed my stay at this property (Conti Rentals). Easy check in, and the location is amazing. I spent several days looking at the Beach from the Living Room. Highly recommended!
