Gum Tree Manor - renovated 5 bedroom + pool

Everything is perfect. So much space and the trampoline and table tennis kept adults and kids occupied throughout our stay. Maybe just need to clean the trampoline from time to time as the feet get really dirty after jumping 😂 the house is beautiful, every detail of the house is amazing. The welcome bag is a nice gesture. Very happy with our stay. Will definitely stay here again if we come back one day.

Spacious stay with fun for all ages

Gum Tree Manor in Cottesloe was perfect for our needs. The beds were super comfortable. It was walking distance to the beach, train, restaurants and supermarket. We all loved our stay and wish it could have been longer. Thank you Tania for being so responsive and such a wonderful host.

A Beautiful Stay We Wish Lasted Longer

We loved every minute of our stay! The kids (adults too!) had so much fun with the trampoline, the space was great and well equipped. The team was responsive and made it so easy for us. Definitely coming back!

A Playground Paradise for Kids (and Kids at Heart)

Perfect house in a perfect location. Beautiful and clean with everything you need.

Everything You Need in a Perfect Spot

Gum Tree Manor was such a lovely stay. Walked in to a spotless house, soft music playing and a nice scent in the air, felt welcome right away. Plenty of room for our big family and really kid-friendly too. We spent a lot of time just hanging out in the living room and having meals together. Beds were super comfy, which we all appreciated after long days out. Easy to get to Fremantle and other spots nearby, and the neighbourhood has a lovely charm to it. Would definitely come back.
