<p>Navigator is our luxurious, first-floor, one-bedroom apartment, and one of seven bespoke sea-view accommodation options available at The Boat House. Based in the resort town’s North Bay, this apartment is a newly renovated, Grade II listed Georgian building in the heart of a beautiful, vibrant bay with stunning sea views.</p>

<p>Navigator offers luxurious and spacious accommodation with incredible views of the open sea. Enter through the grand entrance hall and feel at home in the chandelier-lit lounge with its high Georgian ceilings.</p>
<p>Navigator is a beautifully designed elegant space that pays homage to the magnificent sea view. A full-scale black and white wall mural of Scarborough Harbour stretches across the back wall, bringing the sea from the window view into the room, with tiny hints of colour in the buoys that the delicate pink antique escritoire brings to life.   </p>
<p>Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities for a home-from-home experience for those who want to cook or simply relax and take in the views with a coffee. The breakfast bar with pop-up sockets offers the perfect place for a little laptop time while taking in the panoramic views.  No matter where you are in the lounge-diner, the views are breath-taking - whether seated in the bay window at the marble dining table or on the Chesterfield sofa, bar stool or antique chair.  </p>
<p>Navigator's  lounge-diner is furnished with marble tables, electric log burners, Chesterfield sofas, and velvet lion knocker chairs. The bedroom has a sumptuous mattress and Hungarian goose down duvets, gorgeous bed linen, fluffy towels and beautifully appointed modern ensuite bathroom with rainfall showers so you can live in high-end luxury during your stay.</p>
<p>We also provide toiletries and laundry materials, a hairdryer, iron and board, washing machine/dryer, as well as WiFi and central heating in lovely cast iron radiators – in fact, everything you need for a comfortable and fulfilling holiday.</p>

We stayed at the boat house as we had a concert at the open air theatre booked. It was a ten minute walk to the theatre. The apartment was outstanding with everything to such a high spec. The carpets were thick, bedding crisp and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. WiFi 🛜 fast. The rainfall shower was amazing and the complementary toiletries smelt divine. The towels were big and fluffy. There is a hairdryer and iron. The hosts really have an eye for detail. The apartment had a sea view which just topped off our amazing weekend. Will recommend and definitely visit again. My tips - The cafe opposite do an amazing breakfast for £7-£8 The open air theatre is a great venue. We watched the football at the nearby casino which you can join for free. The curry house next to the casino was tasty and authentic. The Albert pub which is a 5 min walk do a nice Sunday lunch. The town centre is close by. Perfect location and stunning property.

Short Walk to Open Air Theatre

This apartment is just so wonderful. The beautiful location on the coast is just stunning. The sitting room open plan kitchen is decorated to a high standard, modern, spotless, and well thought out. The impressive restored bay window Looking over the bay and the table set for two. It sets you up for a fabulous romantic stay. The bedroom is elegant and sophisticated with luxurious fabric curtains and a modern four poster with the most amazing comfortable mattress. (We have just ordered one for home) The carpet is thick and soft under your feet. Again decorated beautifully with some lovely features. The on-suite is stylish and modern with a walk-in shower with Complimentary products such as wash, shampoo & conditioner. Finished off with the softest towels to wrap yourself in. The whole apartment is just beautifully done. The hosts are wonderfully helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would definitely recommend and we shall definitely be back. Wonderful Apartment & Location

The Boat is a lovely apartment a mix of Georgian old and 21st century new. Loved the location overlooking the beach at a walkable distance. you can see Debbie's design touches which make the apartment feel welcoming and homely. Debbie & Andy were friendly and approachable hosts who were on hand when we needed help with the Ev charger. the apartment was spotlessly clean and very well thought out. Having never been to Scarborough we had no idea what to expect, so were pleasantly surprised and would love to have stayed longer but, we were on our way to Scotland as part of our road trip, but would definitely choose Debbie and Andy's place to stay in if we're ever in Scarborough again.
