Our Cabin is a 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry, screen in porch with hot tub, tv with internet in living room and bedrooms. Wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom has a king size bed that can be split to make 2 twin extra long. The second bedroom can be set up as king bed or 2 twins with trundle bed. The cabin is ground level for accessibility by wheel chair and the bathrooms are wheel chair friendly. Searchmont Resort is 5 km away. Ontario Snow mobile trails go through Searchmont.

Hyggeligt Hus

This was a brand new, beautifully built, cozy cabin tucked away in the woods. The hosts provided every amenity necessary for a comfy stay and even checked in with us to ensure we were not missing anything. The furniture was quite comfortable. Their cabin was less than a 5 min drive from Searchmont Ski Resort which was amazing and it offered a wood burning stove and a hot tub providing our group with the recipe for a most relaxing weekend! Save the drive to and from the Soo. Amazing place to stay for ski weekend. 5 minutes from the lifts at Searchmont. Immaculately clean, and friendly hosts

Stay with kids

PERFECTION! We had a terrific time on our family ski vacation and the highlight was our accommodation. The hosts hit this one out of the park! The cabin is beautifully built with every desirable amenity included. Specifically,Location is excellent, just a few minutes from Searchmont Ski Resort and you can see the mountain from the cabin. Cabin is also very private and secluded with ample parking and an EV charger, if required.The cabin has the perfect amount of space to feel roomy but also small enough to be cozy. King beds were super comfortable, TV set ups with streaming were great, bathrooms and showers are roomy and luxurious (everything is new construction, cabin was just built). Kitchen area is perfect for meal prep. The place was also immaculately clean and all linens were fresh.Hot tub was HOT and lovely. This was the kid's favourite part and was the cherry on top after a long day of skiing.The hosts even thought to include a ski boot/mitt dryer.

Group trip

Arne and Mary are not just friendly hosts, they're awesome hosts! They go beyond providing shelter. Arne and Mary genuinely take interest in showing their guests what the area has to offer. Arne really put effort into showing us a local attraction and taking us to a friend of his that explained and showed the ins and outs of maple syrup making.
