IRB Harbor House Semi-Private Waterfront Pool Villa

Another great stay at IRB Harbor House. The home is located on the intercoastal and a short walk to the beach. The entire house is extremely clean and has all the amenities you could ask for. The kids fished off the dock and watched manatees swim by. The driveway was able to accommodate our boat/trailer and truck with a short drive to the nearest boat ramp. We will definitely be back next summer.

Great Location!

The pics do not do this place justice! The minute I walked in I was delighted! Inside: The kitchen is well appointed, everything you would need and so pretty. The living room was cozy and with a giant tv with great sound for watching a movie on a rainy evening. The bedrooms were large and beds were sooo comfy! Plenty of pillows and blankets provided. Tons of storage! The bathroom were stunning! The tile is lovely and the sky lights were a great touch Water pressure and temp were PERFECTION! The place is incredibly well stocked to meet all your needs. Outside: The front is lovely with a spacious driveway and you can tell the host takes a lot of pride in the upkeep. The back is STUNNING!!! The views are incredible. There is plenty of seating options and the pool is gorgeous! My husband and son caught so many fish off the dock! We saw dolphins daily. The host was very responsive to any questions. Best Airbnb we’ve stayed in to date! Highly recommend!

Amazing place!

What a wonderful one week stay at Harbor House on Indian Rocks Beach, and it was an absolute delight! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully styled, and modern, providing everything we needed for our stay. The outside space, complete with a pool, deck, and sun loungers, was exceptional. The views across the Intracoastal Waterway were breathtaking, with dolphins, birds fishing, and beautiful sunrises.

Indian Rocks Beach itself has a really laid-back feel to it. There were plenty of great places to eat within walking distance or even a short drive away over the bridge. We even had the use of bikes for the week, which allowed us to cycle to the beach and enjoy walks on the beautiful sandy shores. Everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming, and the location felt like a peaceful, relaxing slice of Florida!

Our host, Keith, was one of the best we’ve ever had – responsive, helpful and genuinely keen to make sure everything was just right, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to return!

What a place!

We had a wonderful stay at IRB Harbor House. The property overlooks the beautiful intercoastal where dolphins play in the wakes left by the many boaters enjoying the waterway. Fishing from the pier daily was an extra. If the beach is calling you, it is just a short walk to the Gulf and a great place to enjoy beautiful sunsets.
 Harbor House is beautifully appointed. The kitchen is fully equipted, the bathrooms are luxurious and the bedrooms are very comfortable.
 Keith was a teriffic host. He struck a perfect balance between assuring our privacy and responding to any questions we had. We felt that an amicable partnership had been formed.
 IRB Harbor House is a truly special place to stay. We look forward to our next visit.

Was exactly the staycation we needed! The view from backyard and amenities were unmatched. Keith was very kind, responsive, and upfront and like other reviews say - we saw him at check-in and then not again for rest of weekend. The pool was perfect temperature. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful from the dock. He also had more than enough ‘basic amenities’ for us to cook up a pretty stellar seafood feast, including a grill out back. 100% will be back to enjoy this rental again
