A little about the homes you will be enjoying... the Host haspaid great attention to detail on ensuring it is a very ecologically soundspace.
ECOLOGICAL FEATURES
Water – Grander® Water
In addition to all water being filtered for pollutants, the water entry point of the building is fitted with a Grander® revitalising system. This re-aligns the molecular structure of the arriving water with one closer to its natural source, in this case Austrian mountain spring water (atthe Jochberg copper mine). This energises not only the water but in turn us, when we drink, shower or bathe, ... the plants we water ... and everything else that comes into contact and / or the direct field of the revitalised water. All water sources from all taps within the property benefit from this incredible system,

Drinking Water - Reverse Osmosis (RO)
Top Quality Drinking Water on tap:
The kitchen is fitted with a separate tap for reverse osmosisdrinking water, which filters the prefiltered water while re-mineralizing it tothe highest standards. (Magnesium...)
This means this tap water will equal or most likely exceed thequality of any bottle water you might otherwise want to buy. By offering youthis top standard water we look to add to your healthy and happy stay — and toreduce waste in form of plastic or glass bottles.

Hyde Park Retreat: Sleeps 6

This flat is in a terrific location just minutes from Paddington Station and walking distance to several different tube stations. The flat is set up very well with three bedrooms with lofts and 2 bathrooms. The hosts were incredibly quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. I would love to stay here every time I return to London in the future.

Loved it!

Public review
We had a great stay and felt very much at home. Tomek was very helpful and accommodating. The place was beautiful, very spacious and perfect for our family of 5. The location is also perfect for a quick walk to Hyde park, Paddington station, many restaurants and we appreciated the quiet street. The large projector to watch a football match or movie was a big hit with our kids after a long day of exploring the city. And we really enjoyed the extra special touches such as the filtered water, plants, flowers, etc. We would highly recommend.

Perfect For Family of 5

This is truly an exceptional home. The entire experience from the initial reservation to arrival and stay was made easy due to Victoria and Tomek's attention and care. Victoria provided insight to our stay. Tomek provided us with not only fresh bread, fruit and flowers making our time there that much more comfortable, but also tips for shopping and restaurants. Both were readily available for questions and concerns. The flat is so beautiful that the pictures don't do it justice. The art is lovely, engaging and at every turn. The location couldn't be better being steps from Paddington Station, cafes, markets, Hyde Park, and more. We fell in love with London and this flat. We are already planning our next vacation there!

Ideal & Comfortable Location

Beautiful place with amazingly high ceilings in a great location. A few quirks in the house which comes with any older building but it added to the charm.

Amazingly High Ceilings

Great place in a quiet neighbourhood. AS you'd expect, a fair amount of stairs. Nicely set up. Washer but no drier (there is airer) this is because its very environmentally friendly - Nice tub and shower in second bathroom. No bathroom on Ain floor. Wonderful patio to sit and have breakfast or coffee.
