Whether relaxing under the tiki, cooling off in the pool, or heading out by boat, this is your perfect island retreat.
* The property is equipped with on-site security cameras that&nbsp;records both video and audio.- please note there are none in the pool area
*The boat lift is not available for guest use
*There are no interior steps connecting the top level to the ground level 
*One boat or up to two jet skis may be docked during your stay. An additional boat is $200 per week or $75 per day, and an additional jet ski is $150 per week or $75 per day. A maximum of two boats or four jet skis is permitted.
*Please do not moor boats to the boat lift pylons. A maximum of five vehicles and ten overnight guests is allowed.
*Pool heat is available for $300 per week (plus tax) and $42.86 per additional day (plus tax). Requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Requests made within 24 hours of check-in or after arrival are subject to an additional $75 activation fee (plus tax)&nbsp;and no refunds will be issued if a specific temperature is not reached.

*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.
* This home may only be available from Saturday – Saturday during peak season.
*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
