Villa Barquito is all on one level and includes a large living room with dining area and large smart TV with all Sky channels, a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven / hob, dishwasher, toaster, large fridge freezer, Dulce Gusto coffee machine and everything else you would need for a home from home.  A separate dining area from the kitchen allows for family dining.  There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite with large walk-in shower and bath and 1 family bathroom with a large walk in-shower) and also a separate W.C. 
There is air conditioning in the living area and main bedroom should guests need to keep cool, and also ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.
Outside is a complete sun trap from morning to night, with an undercover terrace and a large dining table for alfresco dining, while appreciating the panoramic sea views amongst a gorgeous lush garden. The outside space is complete with a heated swimming pool, and sun loungers and there is also a table tennis table for the competitive ones in the group. Villa Barquito is is a first choice for family or group holidays and only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. It is just a fifteen minute walk to the nearest beach Playa Chica and 10 minutes to the old town harbour with a choice of fabulous restaurants, where you can sit with a cold refreshment, enjoy some tapas and take in the spectacular Lanzarote sunset skies. And a twenty minute stroll will take you to the bustle of Puerto del Carmen Avenida, and all it has to offer, with an array of shops, restaurants, bars and stunning beaches.

The villa is prepared for arrival and departure clean is included in the price. All linen and towels are provided and pool/beach towels are also provided for you, and there is a washing machine at the property for your use. If you are staying for 10 nights or longer, as standard, you will also receive a mid-stay or weekly bed linen and towel change.
We do also offer a cleaning service and if you would like the cleaning team to clean, and carry out additional bed linen changes while you are staying, we offer this service for an additional cost. The cleaning service does need to be booked at least 7 day before your arrival, and if would like this service we can give you a cleaning quote dependent on your requirements. 
Check in and check out times are there to enable the cleaning team to prepare your holiday home and we cannot guarantee early check in or a late departure. We can always check one day before arrival or one day before your departure if there is a possibility, dependent on if there is a same day changeover on either of these days. The only way to guarantee an earlier check in or a later departure is to book an extra day.

Villa Barquito - 3 bedroom villa with sea views

Lovely villa up over the harbour in the Old Town with beautiful views. Lots of outside space to relax by the pool and seating area. Short walk to the local shop and bars/restaurant and about a 10 minute walk downhill to the harbour.

Beautiful views!

A fantastic villa with a real sense of space and a luxurious feel throughout. The outdoor area was a highlight, with plenty of seating options—including a large covered space that was perfect during the occasional rain showers. The pool was a great size and nicely heated, making it enjoyable at any time. The table tennis table was a fun bonus and kept everyone entertained, and the sea views were amazing. The location was ideal—just a 2–3 minute walk to the local Spar and Mario’s Pizza, and around 10 minutes to the marina and old town. It’s also only a 25–30 minute walk to the main Puerto del Carmen strip, giving you the best of both worlds. Kristy was very responsive and helpful throughout, offering great advice and kindly accommodating an early check-in and late check-out, which made the stay even more relaxing. Overall, a brilliant stay—we’d definitely return!

Perfect location Quiet and accessible from airport.  Pool area wasn't clean or maintained well.

Ideal location for a quiet break!

We were blown away by the villa it was amazing and spotless. The welcome pack was great too a really nice touch. We were shocked how fab the villa was everything about it. It was just perfect. There was lovely restaurants not too far away called Hankey Pankeys; Mario's and The Highlander they all served fab food would recommend visiting these places.There was nothing to dislike at all was fab.

Amazing holiday!

Great villa on the edge of the town. It's quiet and peaceful with a lovely walk into the desert just outside, but also a 10 minute walk to the restaurants of the harbour. A Spar is 5 mins away. The house is very spacious -- we were 4 people but 6 would be more than comfortable there. The pool is great and we also liked the 80s/90s vibe of the decor -- it felt very Golden Girls! It's a short taxi to and from the airport which is great because I hate renting cars at airports! We ended up renting a car from a local place a couple minutes away just for a day so we could explore the island -- but it's really not essential. Overall a very relaxing stay in Lanzarote.
