A home with history
Built approximately 170 years ago, this house was the family home of the Skerrit family for its first hundred years or so, lived in and loved by several generations. About 30 years ago it was completely refurbished, with care taken to respect its character, and the current onwer has owned it for the past 20 years. He's delighted to share it with guests who appreciate a home with real history.

The layout

Cross Seas House - Ireland's Closest House to the Sea

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer. Der Blick aus dem markanten Fenster ist jeden Cent wert!

Tobias

Absolutely unbeatable view - you could sit and watch the waves and the surfers all day. We would move to this house if we could! It all felt very cosy and homely and had everything we needed. If we’re ever back in Lahinch we will most definitely choose to stay here again!

Cross Seas

We had the best weekend on our return visit to this amazing property with the best window seat in the world! 🤩 From that window you could sit for hours and watch the waves and the surfers. We did our own cooking and the house is well kitted out with all we needed. Location is ideal for everything. No need to move the car once you arrive. Everything is literally on the doorstep - beach, surf, shops, restaurants and pubs! Great communication too. We’ll definitely be back again for Round 3! Love this house!

Return!

Très bel endroit. Le vue est superbe. L’emplacement est parfait. Un excellent séjour
