Private Lazy River Pool, 4-bed house, & dock

This is a great location, the lazy river and outdoor kitchen area were amazing. I would highly recommend this home for larger groups and multiple families. The house was very clean and the hosts were very accommodating.

Great Place!

If I could give this property more than 5 stars, I would.

We’ve stayed at several vacation homes in Marathon over the years, and this is hands down our favorite. We traveled with a large, multi-generational group, our two young toddlers, grandparents, and an aunt and uncle and every single person had an amazing time. It’s rare to find a property that truly appeals to every age group, but this one absolutely does.

The lazy river and pool area are the heart of this home. We spent the majority of our vacation outside enjoying the water, and the outdoor kitchen and island made it so easy to cook, eat, and spend the entire day together without ever needing to go inside. It felt like staying at our own private resort.

We also brought our boat, and the dock provided plenty of space with easy access. Everything about the property is clearly designed with guests in mind.

Inside, the home is incredibly well stocked. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, the home was spotless, and every detail reflected the care that Roger and Amy put into maintaining their property.

The bedrooms are on the third floor, which means carrying luggage up a few flights of stairs when you arrive. But honestly, we’d do it again without hesitation. Waking up every morning to beautiful ocean views from the sliders and porch made it completely worth it.

One thing that really stood out was how attentive the owners are. Roger and Amy were wonderful to work with, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure guests have a great experience. Every morning, someone came to maintain the pool so it was clean and running perfectly for the day. That level of attention says a lot about how much pride they take in their home.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean, beautifully maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and created the perfect setting for making memories with our family.

We’re already looking at booking another stay next year! We can’t recommend this home highly enough.

Our Favorite Place to Stay in Marathon—By Far

Awesome rental, we have children from 1 yo to 15 yo and came with another adult couple. Fun and relaxing for all ages. River was great, hot tub and projector for movies and sports at night was awesome. House is very comfortable, lots of room and clean. We came for the 4th of July and could see all the different fireworks across Marathon from the deck on the roof. Full kitchen in the tiki bar was great, everything you needed was right there by the lazy river. Brought a 33 ft boat and had plenty of space to park boat and trailer. Owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely rent again, and based on pictures and videos that our family shared on social media, we had a lot of request from friends and family for more information about the rental and how great it looked, so I anticipate many friends and family renting here in the future.

Absolutely awesome week

Brought the boat, easy to go snorkeling the reefs, go fishing and dock it to waterfront restaurants. After a morning on the boat, right into the awesome lazy river. The views from the observation deck are worth it. The lazy river island kitchen was where we cooked dinner and hung out most of the time. Also plenty of room to relax in the house as well, large tv in every room. The place was very clean and well decorated. Beds and linens were comfortable. Hosts were very communicative as there are so many amenities, you feel like you are in a private resort all to yourself. Would highly recommend this place, and looking forward to going there again.

Perfect Setup

We were there to celebrate my 60th birthday - Amy and Roger arranged for a saxophonist and a couple singers to serenade me! This was our second time staying at the Lazy River house - the view and the pool are both unbeatable!!
