The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, george foreman grill, dishwasher and washing machine. It also comes with all the little extras: cutlery, crockery, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, sugar and other essentials.

The bedrooms are elegantly decorated and beautifully presented. All beds are freshly made for your arrival to ensure a restful sleep. Fresh towels and toiletries are also included for all guests.

There is also an outdoor patio area - a rarity in Leeds City Centre!
