Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum. Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; lounge with plenty of space to relax, double bedroom with plentiful storage, kitchen and bathroom. The large corner sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as can be seen in the photos)&nbsp;if required&nbsp;while the dining table doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. There is also supermarket nearby along with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive. There is a well-maintained stairway up to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times. Please note, this is a very old tenement building and the stairs are quite steep. This flat is on the third floor. There is a Double bed and fitted wardrobe in the main bedroom along with a full-length mirror and chest of drawers. Also, have a great time in Dundee!

Neil was an amazing host with excellent communication. He was available if you had any queries or help. Check in was easy and the place was immaculate and very homely. The complimentary tea cake and Irn Bru was a thoughtful touch. Overall an amazing place and would definitely come back again.


Lovely flat in a good west end location, everything was clean and comfortable. We are a family of 4 and found the space bigger than we expected from the pictures. The street is quiet and it’s not difficult to find a parking space on the street. Neil was a great host, ensuring we had a pleasant stay and was always quick to respond if we had any queries. I’ve just left Neil’s flat. I’m a student who needed a place to spend my first 2 weeks in the city. During my stay I had a really nice experience! Everything was really comfortable as you can see from the pictures, in particular I enjoyed the spacious living room and the completely furnished kitchen (I’m Italian so I need a lot of things to cook) beyond expectation! The place is close to the university and Neil was really kind to me during my first weeks in a new city being always available and proposing his help to me! Thank you Neil
