Ground level: a separate studio and playroom with tennis and soccer tables.

a spacious living room, TV lounge, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The living area is air-conditioned. All rooms open to a large outdoor deck with lush, elevated views.
Top level: a TV lounge with access to a spectacular upper deck.
The chef’s kitchen is a dream, featuring a gas cooktop, ZIP tap (boiling, chilled, and sparkling water), and a wine fridge. 
The kitchen and bathrooms feature Turco Argento limestone with micro-cement finishes and brass tapware.
The dining table — designed by Matt, the artisan behind MOKU, using reclaimed hardwood and lovingly treated

PAIA BYRON BAY - Breathtaking 280 Degree Views

Absolutely loved the beautiful house that is PAIA. 4 couples all with a king size bed. Super comfortable beds, beautiful linen and good pillows. An extremely spacious house with lots of entertaining areas. Kitchen very well equipped with lots of beautiful glasses too. Surprised there was no Bbq but good cooking facilities for a large group. One bedroom is seperate downstairs with one bathroom, tv and lounge which worked well. Only issue we had was working lights to kitchen area but sorted that eventually. Highly recommend and would stay again. Beach and cafes nearby and walked to town centre or caught Uber. A perfect 3 night family get together.

Beautiful home! Clean, cozy, comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer! Byron Bay is also an awesome town with plenty to do. Loved it!

Great property for a bigger group as everyone can have their own space and close to the shops and beaches. Host was great with communications and no issues with our stay, everything was as advertised
