Diese 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (52 m2) ist perfekt für digitale Nomaden, Pärchen, Freunde oder eine kleine Familie. In nur 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Altstadt, im Diokletianspalast. In 15 Minuten kann man ins Meer springen. 
Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, von denen eines mit einem Doppelbett (1,60m) und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet ist. Alle Betten haben bequeme Matratzen und zwei verschiedene Kissen zur Auswahl. In dem Schlafzimmer mit den Einzelbetten befindet sich zudem ein höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch mit 4K Bildschirmen, wodurch die Wohnung zur perfekten Basis für digitale Nomaden wird.
Beide Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer sind mit Klimageräten ausgestattet, damit unsere Gäste gut durch die heissen Tage und Nächte im Sommer kommen. Im Winter wird mit denselben Geräten auch geheizt. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, die gerne genutzt werden kann. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, vom Geschirr bis zu den Gläsern, Kochutensilien und einer Klarstein Kaffemaschine die die Bohnen frisch mahlt. Am Esstisch im offenen Küchenbereich finden vier Personen Platz. 
Unten auf dem Hof verkaufen Händler jeden Morgen frisches Obst und Gemüse, und es gibt auch einen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, Bäcker, Metzger und Cafes. Um das Gelände herum finden sich in der Regel auch genügend kostenlose Parkplätze.

I stayed there for 4 days visiting family. The apartment is newly renovated, kitchen fully equipped with best coffee machine ever, nice bath with excellent shower, comfortable bed and even an ergonomic pillow which was much appreciated. A lot of thought went into making guests feel at home. 
Café, bakery and a supermarket downstairs - so convenient. And the old town, harbor, shops and restaurants are all in walking distance, and yet you are not staying in the middle of the tourist area, but get a chance to mingle with the locals and hang out with them for a coffee or a glass of wine in the Café downstairs. I liked that and will certainly be back. 

Uns hat es alles gut gefallen,die Wohnung war sauber,die Dame war nett und zuvorkommend,immer erreichbar für alle unsere fragen. Wohnung hat alle nötige Utensilien was Mann in altag braucht,aber auch die Geschäft genau vor den Wohnung,so kann Mann praktisch Frühstück kaufen für wenig Geld Wir kommen gerne wieder

We went there for 9 days for the easter week - family of 4. The owner and the agency are very reliable. The place is located strategically in the city, very close to historical the city center (where we went for long walks every day), but also in the center the city, close to the Marjan hill and avenues to the malls and various shops, and main coastal road.  
We appreciated a lot the shops directly at the bottom of the building. The look might be a bit 70s, but everything is very clean and safe, and the people are very welcoming and most speak english. We always felt welcome and safe. 
The flat is VERY modern and well organized. Excellent WIFI and computer equipment. Great smart TV. House devices are new and perfect. Honestly, it's a carefree and very enjoyable place with nice vibes!
