Experience the entire Sunset By The Sea property with exclusive use of all indoor and outdoor spaces. Perfect for large families, multiple families traveling together, reunions, friend groups, sports teams, or guests who simply want extra privacy and room to spread out.
This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath beach retreat combines both private units into one reservation, giving your group two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms, two dining areas, two private patios, and comfortable accommodations for up to 12 guests. Located on the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach, the property is just a short walk to the beach while remaining close to restaurants, entertainment, marinas, shopping, and local attractions. Spend your days relaxing by the water, exploring the island, enjoying outdoor activities, or gathering with family and friends around the property.
Each side of the property features a king bedroom, a second bedroom with two queen beds, a full bathroom, smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living space, and private outdoor seating areas. The unique layout is ideal for grandparents, adult children, multiple couples, or families who appreciate having additional space and privacy without being separated.
