The Dunes | Kangaroo Island

We loved being situated within the natural landscape surrounded by Roos, wallabies, birds.
Superbly fitted out accommodation with all you need.
Highly recommend

The heart of Nature

Very clean, great amenities, superbly equipped kitchen. Outdoor grill! Every day, morning and evening, at least 8 kangaroos visit.

Superbly equipped Kitchen, Outdoor Grill, and Daily Wildlife

Beautiful accommodation with everything you need. Communication was very good. We can absolutely recommend this house.

Beautifully Appointed with Excellent Communication

We had a fabulous stay at The Dunes in early January. It is a very modern and tastefully decorated Villa, flooded with light. Communication with the owner was very clear and straightforward. There is a well appointed kitchen and ample living space for a family or two couples. A short walk through the dunes (Yes, it is aptly named :) takes you to a delightful beach and we were visited each day by a herd of kangaroos, who came to feed on the lawn. It was a great base for exploring the island, being a relatively short drive from both Penneshaw and Kingscote.

A Short Walk to the Beach with Daily Kangaroo Visitors!

We loved our stay at The Dunes. It’s perfectly located just a short drive from the ferry, sheltered from strong winds, and within two hours of all the main attractions. The property is new, spotlessly clean, and well equipped.

Perfectly Located Near the Ferry and Main Attractions
