Villa Ventana is a modern Mexican architectural masterpiece perched on a hill above Los Muertos Beach and Vallarta's historic Old Town commanding unobstructed views of all of Vallarta and the entire Bay of Banderas and the Pacific Ocean beyond. &nbsp;Throughout your stay you will be pampered by our English speaking local staff including our House Manager and Chef&nbsp;Daniel, Assistant Manager and Concierge Yoshi, &nbsp;and our team of housekeepers. &nbsp;While our staff are not on site 24 hours a day, they are available at any time if needed. &nbsp;Our staff work Monday through Saturday with the chef preparing two meals of your choice daily. &nbsp;You only pay for the groceries and we do all the shopping for the finest ingredients. &nbsp;If you arrive or depart on a Sunday there is no additional charge for meal preparation otherwise it is availble for a small fee.&nbsp;
 
We take great pride in our exquisitely prepared cuisine and will be in touch with you prior to your arrival to confirm your menu selection for your arrival dinner. &nbsp;All other meal choices can be selected after arrival, with the exception of meal preparation for events in which case we would like to plan further in advance. &nbsp;We also have a full time spa therapist on staff, and our House Manager and Assistant Manager/Concierge are always available to assist you with local reservations and knowledge, and of course to deal with any issues that may arise. &nbsp;&nbsp;The owner are also always available by phone or text. &nbsp;
The typical guest day goes as follows. &nbsp;Breakfast is served between 9 and 10:30 (or other times if preferred by guests). &nbsp;At breakfast, our House Manager or Assistant Manager review and confirm the menus for the following day as we shop daily for fresh ingredients. &nbsp;Quite often our guests go to the beach, shopping, or partake in tourist excursions during the day and eat lunch outside of the villa - but of course our staff are available to make lunch for in house guests. &nbsp;Early in the afternoon our guests tend to start making their way back to the villa while our staff are preparing drinks and snacks. &nbsp;Dinner is usually served in the early to mid evening hours by our Chef and one other staff member who stay through dinner service and clean up before leaving the villa for the day. &nbsp;Note, this is just a typical example. &nbsp;We of course have many guests that rarely venture from the villa, while others seem to be more on the go. &nbsp;
 
As the owners live in Seattle and New Zealand when not in Mexico, we are also available via phone, text or email 24/7. &nbsp;In the 23 years that we have been renting our properties in Vallarta, there have only been a handful of occasions when we have been called upon to assist with issues. &nbsp;The reason for this is that our staff are trained to the highest of standards, our managers speak excellent English and are masters at problem solving. &nbsp;&nbsp;Quite often though guests have significant contact with us (the owners) personally prior to their stay &nbsp;assist while planning their itinerary and making local recommendations. &nbsp;
Our location is a big part of what makes Villa Ventana so magical with unobstructed panoramic views from every room in the villa (with the exception of the media room). &nbsp;On either side of the villa are large lots that have not been built on and are native jungle. &nbsp;&nbsp;We own one of the lots which we acquired to insure our space remains private. &nbsp;We are in a residential neighborhood, but walking distance to town, beaches and restaurants. &nbsp;The majority of our guests do not rent cars and prefer to walk or avail themselves of taxis or Uber. &nbsp;&nbsp;Walking distance to town/beaches/restaurants is about 10 minutes or a 2-3 minute taxi/Uber ride.

Villa Ventana: 7 Bedroom Luxury -with Staff

We have stayed at Villa Ventana at least 16 times &amp; it is always incredible.  Our group size has ranged from 2 people to 12 and the house never feels crowded.  There are so many areas to sit, read or relax.  The Villa Ventana team is amazing.  Daniel is a fantastic chef and so friendly.  Yoshi (Raphael) will accommodate any need.  The staff also disappears when not needed, so they are never in the way.  They also help with my Spanish.  The two top bedrooms are over the top nice and spacious but even the bedrooms on the lower level and as nice as the highest luxury hotel.  I still love the shower view from two of the lower bedrooms.  You will not believe.  You will feel like you are at home in this most luxurious villa.   I can also report that the internet is strong.

Villa Ventana is as good as it gets for a vacation home! The staff is extremely cordial and accommodating with the food being most excellent! 

The home is clean, well maintained, decorated with taste and has amazing amenities and views. The pictures do not do justice!

Great location to romantica zone, but it's hard to find a reason to want to leave the Villa. Our group preferred to stay most of the time at the home when we were not doing a planned activity. 

Last the owners are very responsive and friendly. Cannot recommend enough to book Villa Ventana or their sister Villa if you are reading this and considering it!

Absolutely Fanstastic

The pictures of this amazing Villa don't do it justice. It is an absolutely gorgeous property that is meticulously maintained. The views from every room are breathtaking. We had a group of 8 for a birthday celebration and could have easily accommodated a couple more. The entire staff is amazing. The food couldn't have been better. Our every need was met and exceeded. We didn't want to leave. Until next time!

Incredible Stay!

I booked Villa Ventana with a group of girls for my bachelorette party and it was the absolute perfect place to stay. The house is stunning and comfortably fits many people. The staff were on top of everything. We constantly had access to drinks, food, snacks, and anything else we needed. The location is perfect and was a quick uber or taxi ride to anywhere in Puerto Vallarta. I would definitely recommend this house to all my friends and family and would love to stay here again!
