A Garden Cottage with Modern Comfort

The Yellow Cottage is a studio ADU with an open sleeping, living, kitchen, and work area. There is no door separating the bed from the living area.
Nestled in a serene backyard garden framed by lush cherry and apple trees planted in 1952, the Yellow Cottage offers an inviting blend of modern luxury and Portland charm. Delight in immersive entertainment on a 65” 4K OLED home theater with Sonos Dolby Atmos, effortless smart-home conveniences, and ultra-fast fiber internet. Indulge in heated floors, eco-friendly luxury linens, and restful nights on a premium Nectar hybrid mattress. Enjoy private entry, garden patio, fire pit, BBQ, & full kitchen.

A Home with Heart & History

Converted from a workshop into an ADU in 2018, the cottage is lovingly cared for by its second owner. From the kitchen window you’ll see the original fruit trees (we even have the 1952 Portland Nursery receipts) arcing over plantings of lilies, dahlias, lilacs, lavender, and jasmine.

The yellow cottage

I’m a repeat customer. Everything is as advertised. It’s clean, quiet, and comfortable. And the location is perfect if you have business in that part of Portland.
