2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Just reach out, or visit our beach project page on our website for the latest.

The top floor. Your own balcony. Views of the golf course. And the beach a short walk away.
Lagoon Villa 22 is a beautifully appointed second-floor villa — the top floor — in the sought-after Lagoon Villas community at Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms. Each of the two bedrooms has its own full en suite bathroom and its own private balcony, giving every guest in your party a place to breathe, unwind, and take in the views of the Links Golf Course. The living spaces are bright and comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the Lagoon Villas community pool is just steps away.
The beach is a 6-8 minute stroll — a pleasant walk that becomes a favorite ritual — and Wild Dunes’ shops, restaurants, spa, golf, and bike rentals are all within easy reach. Whether you’re here for a week-long family beach trip, a girls’ getaway, or a relaxing couple’s escape, Lagoon Villa 22 gives you the privacy and comfort to make it unforgettable.

Lagoon Villa 22 - Balcony! Close Walk to Beach!

The villa was exactly as pictured-I am a bit of a clean freak and it definitely passed my standards of cleanliness! Very pleased! I definitely recommend lagoon villa 22😊5 stars from me!

Wedding weekend

Enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving visit to see our youngest son and grandson that lives in N. Charleston. I am always skeptical on booking places because some times they are not what we expect it to be. This place definitely deserves 5 stars and exceeded our expectations. The Villa had everything we needed was immaculately clean , comfortable and beautifully decorated. Loved the 2 porches and views. There is definitely nothing to change except we wished we had booked a longer stay. Hope to come back in Spring and enjoy Lagoon Villa 22 and Isle of Palms a little longer.

Love, Love , Love this Villa ❤️❤️❤️

Our son had a tournament at Ship Yard Park and this was a perfect location to be able to enjoy the beach and get him to games. The condo was very clean and exactly what the pictures online look like. We rented bikes and utilized the pool and beach access almost everyday. Easy drive to Charleston for sight seeing! We will definitely be back!

Baseball/Vacation

We spent a week at 22 Lagoon Villas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The unit was perfect for our beach vacation with our son, who lives in SC. We’ve stayed in Wild Dunes many times over the past 20 years and this visit went extremely well, without any problems on the rental side. The unit was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and provided very comfortable accommodations. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.

Lagoon Villas 22

We loved this place! This is our third stay at the Wild Dunes but the only place we will most likely book again. Location is great, easy walk to the beach, to the resort for coffee in the morning or one of the clubhouses for golf. Actual condo was clean, not too many corny beach signs and both rooms having patios was great for our stay. Pool was not crowded at all. Condo is pretty sound proof and there’s plenty of parking. I would recommend printing your parking pass, not just having it on your phone like the booking instructions provided state as one gate guard did not allow us to enter unless it was printed. All in all - 5 stars on Yelp!
