Mornings on the screen porch. Afternoons on the Links. Evenings with the ocean breeze. That’s life at Fairway Dunes 27.
This beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is tucked into the picturesque surroundings of the Fairway Dunes community at Wild Dunes — and it delivers everything a great Isle of Palms vacation should. Step onto the private screened porch and you’re looking out at the famous Links Golf Course, one of Tom Fazio’s most beloved designs. It’s a view that never gets old, whether you’re having coffee in the morning or unwinding with a glass of wine at dusk.
With three full bedrooms each sleeping comfortably, a fully equipped kitchen, and the Fairway Dunes community pool and tennis/pickleball complex right out front, FW27 is a standout choice for families, friend groups, and multigenerational getaways. The beach is just a 5-7 minute walk away, and everything Wild Dunes has to offer — spa, restaurants, golf, bike trails — is within easy reach.

Fairway Dunes 27 - Screen Porch Golf Course View!

We had a great Thanksgiving week at your place. The communication was so helpful and the house was perfect for our family. Loved playing pickle ball and walking to the beach.

Great week

Not only do we visit Wild Dunes every August, we lived there for 9 years prior to moving away, so we know the area well. Each year we try a different area of the resort for our visit, and we really enjoyed the location of 27 Fairway Dunes -- outside of the hustle and bustle of the hotel area but convenient to everything (beach, restaurants, golf courses, bike path, etc). We found the pool and pickle ball courts a major plus compared to previous rentals that did not offer the same community amenities. The house was well-appointed and comfortable, and while updates may be needed in the future, it worked well for our family (5, 11 and 14 year old). Alec (Deserving Vacations) was helpful, communicative and caring to work with...and we appreciate his help before, during and after our visit.

Comfortable Stay for Family of Five

We were blown away and couldn’t possibly have been happier with this condo! We had a 1yr old with us and they have a baby gate and playpen which was simply amazing! The house was so clean and the kitchen had everything we could need for full meal cooking. It was only a couple min walk to beach and there’s an awesome swimming pool right outside the front door! We will be back every year

Couldn’t be happier

We go to Wild Dunes every year, and are so glad we chose 27 Fairway Dunes for this year's stay. It is VERY well stocked (tons of kitchen stuff - pots, pans, knives, various storage containers, etc), the bedroom and bathroom situation is great! We would definitely come back.

Great house!

We came down for a visit for my son’s graduation from the Navy Nuclear Power School. It also happened to coincide with our younger kids spring break, so a great little getaway. Accommodations were perfect! Very clean, lots of space, close to the pool and beach and it had everything we needed from beach chairs to coffee filters. We would definitely stay again if coming to this area.
