2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Just reach out, or visit our beach project page on our website for the latest.

Close your eyes, take a breath. Now open them — you’re surrounded by centuries-old live oaks, the sound of the ocean drifting through the trees, and the sand just 90 seconds from your door.
Seagrove Villa 5B is one of Wild Dunes’ most unique offerings — a beautifully updated two-bedroom condo that feels less like a resort rental and more like a private retreat nestled in the Lowcountry canopy. Guests consistently describe the experience as being in a treehouse, and once you step onto that private porch with ocean sounds and swaying oaks all around you, you’ll understand exactly why.
Freshly updated in 2026 with all-new finishes, the condo is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. Each bedroom has its own full en suite bathroom — a king in the first bedroom, two queens in the second — so everyone has their own space. The Seagrove Villas oceanfront pool is right there, and the beach is just a 90-second walk. Wild Dunes’ golf, spa, dining, and bike trails are all a short stroll away.
Please note: Condo regulations prohibit use of the fireplace.
