Brand new. Luxurious. Right on the ocean. Welcome to Summer House 202.

This is not your average beach rental. Fully and completely renovated as of April 2025 — brand new everything — Summer House 202 is a stunning three-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront condo that delivers true luxury at the beach. The dual primary bedrooms each have their own full en suite bathrooms, and the private balcony looks directly out over the Summer House oceanfront pool with the Atlantic just beyond it. It’s the kind of setup where you wake up, open the blinds, and immediately feel like your vacation has already succeeded.
The layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed for larger groups — three full bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright open living area. Summer House sits within Wild Dunes, giving guests access to golf, spa, dining, and bike trails, all while being steps from the beach. The property is also wheelchair accessible with an elevator in building.
