Walk out your back door. Pool. Beach. Done.

Summer House 109 sits on the ground floor of the newly renovated Summer House complex — one of the few units where you can step directly from your patio to the pool and the ocean in under a minute. No long hallway. No hauling a cooler and wet swimsuits through a lobby. Just open the door and go.
This beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has it all: ocean views from the living room, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms for up to six guests, and direct walkout access to the Summer House community pool and the Atlantic. Wild Dunes’ golf, spa, dining, and bike trails are all within easy reach, and an elevator in the building makes it a great pick for guests of all ages. Whether you’re here for a romantic escape, a family trip, or a girls’ getaway, Summer House 109 delivers the kind of effortless beach access that’s genuinely hard to find.
