Oceanfront, walkout to the beach, screened porch for watching the most beautiful sunsets on IOP, and the Beach Club Villa pool right there.

Beach Club Villa 38 is a three-bedroom oceanfront villa in one of Wild Dunes’ most desirable beachfront communities — with direct beach access via a walkout boardwalk, a gorgeous screened-in porch that guests say is perfect for sunset watching and evening dining, and the Beach Club Villa oceanfront pool steps away. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms give everyone their own space, the layout is great for gathering as a group, and rent bikes to explore the resort when you’re not on the beach.

What Guests Love About Beach Club Villa 38

“This condo was a perfect location for my family. We enjoyed being able to walk around Wild Dunes and the proximity to the beach and pool. It was very quiet and serene. Alec the host was extremely responsive and accommodating and we greatly appreciated the early check in with an infant. We will definitely be back.” — Caitlin, New York ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“It was such a relaxing stay! You could hear the ocean on the wonderful screened in porch and walk out to the beach very easily. Some of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. Great place for a family gathering. So fun to rent bikes and explore the area.” — Beth, Macon GA ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“We stayed here for a girls trip and it was wonderful! Layout was great for us to gather and hang out in different spots of the house. The screened in patio was really nice for a dinner to watch the sunset. Location was beautiful, boardwalk to the beach is right next to it. All the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and spacious for the 6 of us!” — Sarika, Atlanta GA ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beach Club Villa 38 - Oceanfront Gem! Walkout!

This condo has a great floorpan--very open so everyone can chat and visit while dinner is being made. Everything was clean and tidy. The beach access was superb: just a short walk down a wooden boardwalk to the sand with NO stairs, which was great for our group traveling with a grandparent. Would definitely stay here again!
