2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Just reach out, or visit our beach project page on our website for the latest.

Top floor, lagoon views, beautiful decor — and the most family-friendly and baby-ready condo on Isle of Palms.
Lagoon Villa 34 is a thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, two-bathroom top-floor condo in Wild Dunes with something guests with young children consistently rave about: it’s fully babyproofed and stocked with a crib, pack-n-play, high chair, bibs, safety outlet plugs, and a full assortment of toys. The hosts thought of everything. Add to that charming decor, two large bedrooms (one with two queen beds), gorgeous lagoon views from private balconies, and an easy walk to the beach, and you have one of the most guest-ready properties on IOP.

What Guests Love About Lagoon Villa 34

“Our family of four loved this vacation rental. Both bedrooms were large and we appreciated the two queen beds in one room. The decor was charming and the hosts thought of everything including babyproofing and sound machines. Will definitely plan to be back!” — Jocelyn, Chicago IL ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I can’t say enough good things about it. VERY clean. Great beds and linens. Biggest bonus — they had all the baby equipment: crib, pack-n-play (yes, both), high chair, bibs, safety plugs and a full assortment of toys. We felt so cared for! Beautiful views of the lagoons from the decks. A lovely spot that I would return to for sure.” — Omaha NE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Very nice place! We stayed with three kids and appreciated the toys and games available. The hosts were very proactive in their communications. The place was ready before the check-in time and they reached out to let us know we could go in early. We would definitely stay there again.” — Hubert, Spartanburg SC ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lagoon Villa 34 - Top Floor Serenity! Near Ocean!

We loved this 2 BR/2 BA condo! They had everything that we needed, including a very comfortable king-sized bed in the Master, huge living/dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen. All of the furniture seemed new and comfortable, including the huge living room TV. It was so nice to sit outside on the balcony in the treetops with a lagoon view below, and it is just a few minutes walk from the tennis center. We have no complaints and we hope to stay again soon.
