Summer House 505 is a renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse condo in the Summer House community at Wild Dunes — and the views are the headline. Breathtaking oceanfront views unfold from the living room, the master bedroom, and the private deck, so whether you're sipping coffee, reading on the couch, or waking up to the sunrise, the Atlantic is always in frame.

Inside, gleaming hardwood floors, stylish décor, and cozy furnishings make for a polished, comfortable beach base just minutes from Charleston's charm. Summer House guests have access to the Summer House oceanfront pool, plus the rest of Wild Dunes — golf, spa, restaurants, and miles of walking and biking paths.
