Enjoy this newly renovated, peaceful house close to Gainesville downtown with your whole family.
You’d be close to Butler plaza full of great restaurants, bars and shops. If you want to explore the outdoors, visit the Santa Fe River for a day of canoeing. Fort White is also just a quick drive away, where you can go snorkelling and paddle boarding.

For a night in, make use of 50 TV and high-speed Wi-Fi to watch your favorite movies. But don’t miss out on all that Gainesville has to offer.

Gainesville Fur Friendly Condo

Was very welcoming, very good communication. Also, it was peaceful and our kids loved the ping pong table!

Very welcoming

Everything was fantastic. I really appreciate the bottle of wine and top notch communication during my stay. Look forward to staying with you again.

Everything was fantastic

Thoughfully maintained property, little touches like basics spices, coffee and tea. Nice bulletin board with local things of local interest, brochures tacked in. Nice neighborhood and people. Great floorpan for our family needs. We will use this place again.

Great floorpan for our family needs

My family and I needed a place close by while my husband had a major surgery at Shands. The house was well appointed, clean and cozy. It helped so much being pet friendly. David was so responsive to my questions. Check in and out was simple. We will definitely keep this spot in our wishlist as we make multiple trips to Gainesville each year

Appointed, cleaned and cozy!

Beautiful home with great hosts. Loved my stay here and definitely recommend!
