Entire condominium at Waterside Village! Newly remodeled from hurricane Michael. Beautiful view of pool and canal from the balcony! 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. Perfect for a family or 2 couples. Very short walk to beach. Best pool in Mexico Beach! Must be 25 years old to book. 
Day dock is available for boats but per HOA rules you can't park boat and/or trailer in parking lot.

My friend and I spent the BEST get away weekend at Waterside Village . It’s my go to condo in Mexico Beach for years . I love it and enjoy more each year . Donnie is an incredible host . 
The complex is clean , attractive , and has an awesome pool .
I will return soon .

Wonderful condo and location! We loved having just steps to the elevator and the pool and a short walk across 98 to the beach. The height of summer and we didn’t feel crowded or uncomfortable-it was truly a nice break for our family. The condo is spacious and comfortable and we will definitely be looking forward to another visit.

We LOVED staying at the condo! If we could give it 10 stars, we would! ⭐️

It is very clean, comfortable and with the cutest decor!  It’s perfectly located close to the elevators. My husband  had knee surgery and that feature was golden for him. 

We  enjoyed  our coffee every morning admiring the view of the pool and canal. 

The condo is in a perfect location. The beach is literally across the street and soooo beautiful! 

We have the utmost respect gratitude for our host , Mr. Palmer. He is an exceptional host! He is so very kind, thoughtful and professional. You’ll be in good hands in any of his units.

Wonderful!!!!

This a wonderful condo, we enjoyed our stay.  Complex not very busy in January but that was OK with us.  Loved the balcony to sit with coffee and a book in the morning.
