<h2 dir="ltr">Important Layout Notes (Please Read Before Booking)</h2>
We want every guest to feel fully informed and comfortable before booking. So, we kindly ask that you read the following to ensure this home is a good fit for your group:
• The upstairs bedroom and loft are accessed by a spiral staircase and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
• Due to the A-Frame design, storage space is limited. Dressers are provided, but there are no traditional closets.
• The upstairs bedroom does not have traditional blackout shades, which is part of the classic A-Frame design and natural light experience.
• There is a locked owner’s closet and basement that are not accessible to guests.
<h2 dir="ltr">Mountain Cabin Living</h2>
This home is set in a peaceful, wooded mountain environment. You may encounter uneven ground, wildlife, seasonal weather changes, and the natural beauty that comes with cabin living.
We provide firewood and ask that outdoor features be enjoyed responsibly.
<h2 dir="ltr">Guest Access</h2>
Guests have access to the entire cabin and surrounding five acres; with the exception of the owners closet and the basement.
<h2 dir="ltr">House Guidelines</h2>
We’ve put a lot of care into creating Dreaming Tree Escapes and simply ask guests to treat it with the same respect they would their own home.
• No parties or events • No smoking inside • No commercial photography or filming without prior approval • Fire pit use requires an adult present at all times • Please do not cut directly on the butcher block • Only registered guests may stay overnight
<h2 dir="ltr">Checkout</h2>
We keep checkout simple:
• No need to strip beds • Please place used towels in the washing machine • Dispose of trash in designated bins
<h2 dir="ltr">Soft Launch Note</h2>
We are currently in a soft launch phase while completing a few final cosmetic touches. All essential amenities are fully functional, and guest comfort is not impacted.
If you have any questions before booking, we’re happy to help. We want your stay in the Catskills to be relaxing, memorable, and easy from start to finish.
Book your stay and experience what Catskills calm really feels like with Dreaming Tree Escapes. 🌲
