The space

This home directly on Lake Dubay is the perfect space for family reunions. With bedrooms spread out over three levels, and a bathroom on each level, there is plenty of space for multiple families. Watch the sunset from the outdoor bar. Enjoy s'mores around the fire pit. Relax on one of the several outdoor gathering spaces. Boat lifts are just waiting for your fishing boat or pontoon! 2 dog limit - $75 fee applies. Neighbors on both sides of us have dogs. They are friendly, but there are no fences. The top level has a two bedrooms and a half bathroom. This is the perfect space for families with babies. It is nice and quiet up there! Second level has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a family room. The family room has two long couches and a full size futon. There is a large screen smart TV in this room. There is also a bar area and two small couches that are perfect for morning coffee looking over the lake. The sliding glass door leads to a spacious deck. Enjoy watching the tubers and skiers from the deck bar. Or relax and enjoy the sunset! The main level has several gathering spaces. The converted garage has two Murphy beds, a futon, smart TV, and game table. The living room has a full size couch, chair and a half, and a gas fireplace to warm up after a day at the slopes. If your group likes to stay up late, you can close the door at the bottom of the stairs so you don’t disturb sleeping kids! There is also a laundry room on this level with large capacity washer and dryer. Just last year we added an outdoor bar on the lakeside of the home. It has glass doors that roll up to the ceiling so you can really enjoy those warm summer days. We have a brand new patio and fire pit that will also accommodate your large group!

Wisconsin Lakefront Rental

We loved our stay here! Home was perfect for larger group, so many separate areas to hang out. The lake access and view was perfect. Home was not far from nearby ski resort which was perfect! Host was super responsive and even brought a pack n play to the house when we forgot ours as the house didn’t have one to use. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing home for a larger group!

Our family fully enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for all 11 of us to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to make our meals. Everything was clean & labeled well. The dock & kayaks were well used by us on this trip…as there were a couple of 90* days. The fire pit was wonderful! The host was great…easy to communicate with. We’d highly recommend this property!!

Lakeside Retreat Summer 2025

We stay at a new place each year with a large group of adults, kids and dogs. This place was spacious and accommodated us all very well. Host was great at communicating and accommodating our larger group. The view of the river is amazing couldn’t ever get sick of that view Sunsets were so colorful and beautiful. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Friends & Family Trip

The house is huge and accommodated our party perfectly. There is not one thing we wanted/needed that wasn’t there. Would definitely stay again.

Huge lakeside home!

This house is wonderful for a group! Katy’s listing and pictures are accurate, but the house felt bigger than expected. Three floors with a bathroom on each. We had 10 adults and were able to spread out! We also had many options of places to gather, inside and out. It was a treat to have a large indoor table that fit all of us. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean, and the lake was lovely! Plus, we had the best time at nearby Knowlton House Distillery, as well as a nice lunch at the Tiki Bar & Grill. We are hoping to make a return visit as Katy and her place made for an excellent summer getaway!

Even better than expected!
