The space

Our unique space is located in a magical junction between rural land, the forest, and ocean in East Sooke. The treehouse features a kitchenette with a full fridge, dining space, separate-entrance bathroom with tiled shower overlooking the forest and a loft bedroom accessible by ladder! Outdoor features include an outdoor tub and a propane firepit.
Please note when booking: We are not child-friendly for safety reasons. We love hosting furry friends as we have wonderful off-leash hiking in East Sooke Park. We ask that there are no pets in the upper loft/bed for safety and to keep linens fur-free so please consider this when booking.

East Sooke Tree House

Thank you for making this my partners 40th the most amazing and magical birthday ever! We both felt so relaxed, grounded, and like children excited being in a treehouse! Now we want to live in one 😆
We loved the amazing shower and view, the bath was our fave ...especially while it rained and hearing the birds singing , fire burning. The lights set the mood perfectly and the swing was a nice touch too. Loved finding wheres Waldo! The art is beautiful, love the fairy/gnome door- so cute! The nice welcome gift of cider ...thank you! Next time we want to stay 3 nights and do the sauna/ cold dip! This has been our favourite stay we've had, and we've stayed at places we didn't think would ever compare to them...but you managed to beat them all!
Thank you for the experience and memories we were able to make. 10/10 recommend! ❤️

My partner and I recently stayed at the East Sooke Treehouse for our wedding anniversary, and it was truly amazing. The property is cozy, private, and full of serenity—absolutely perfect if you're looking to unplug and indulge in nature for the weekend. From the moment we arrived, we felt instantly relaxed. Waking up in the trees each morning, hearing the sounds of nature all around us, was such a peaceful experience.

The ambiance of the treehouse is incredibly romantic. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck or enjoying a quiet evening inside, everything feels thoughtfully designed to help you unwind and connect. Plus, the beautiful views of Sooke are just minutes away by car, making it easy to explore while still feeling like you’re tucked away from the city. We honestly wouldn’t change a thing—it was perfect just as it was.

Madison was a wonderful host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was clean and exactly as described. We absolutely recommend this spot and are already looking forward to coming back for another romantic retreat!

The Perfect Romantic Retreat for Two

This place is an absolute dream! It was clean and beautiful, in a great location. The hosts were so responsive to our questions, and set up the treehouse to be the coziest place to stay! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

An Absolute Dream

A warm, peaceful, spa-like retreat. Felt like a once in a lifetime experience. The house and the surrounding areas are beautiful! A perfect mix of seclusion and convenience. The closest store had everything we needed and the food in town was great! Madi was attentive, helpful and left us local ciders to enjoy. The outdoor tub and fire are a must do. Comfortable mattress and bedding. Not a single detail was missed when creating this home

Spa-like retreat

Absolutely incredible place. 12/10 recommendation!!
