Located in the desirable Section 5 of Las Conchas, "Paraiso Del Mar", or "Paradise of the Sea" is the perfect way to describe this gorgeous beachfront home.  Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez from both houses. This hacienda style vacation paradise consists of two ocean front homes and two casitas situated around an enchanting courtyard.  Enjoy breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez from one of the four master suites, or relax in the courtyard to the peaceful sounds of the beautiful fountain.
The newly remodeled front house has a fully stocked kitchen, dining table for six, plus a counter with four stools.  The great room has a large comfy sectional with 3 recliners for relaxing, and a wall mounted 75 inch TV.
We are one of the few properties in Las Conchas to have invested in a generator.  In the event of an all too common power outage, our generator is activated and will supply power to the entire property.  You won't even know the power is out!  We invested in a generator powerful enough to supply power to all 4 structures, outdoor lighting, a band, DJ, etc.

(1st Casita Bedroom) One Casita has a king size bed and queen/full bunk bed and an adjoining bathroom. It has a window view of the Sea of Cortez.
(2nd Casita Bedroom) The second casita has a king size bed and queen/full bunk bed and an adjoining bathroom. It has a window view of the courtyard and fountain. There is a 55 inch wall mounted TV for shared use in the casitas.

There is abundant space at Paraiso Del Mar, and the wall around the entire estate provides for privacy and security.
There is an enormous sand bar on the beach in front allowing plenty of space for football, soccer, croquet, bocciball, corn hole, badminton, and golf(bring some old clubs).  This pristine rock-less part of the Sea of Cortez allows for swimming and lots of fun water activities!  We provide rafts, floats, boogie boards, two 2 person kayaks, life jackets, sand toys, beach chairs, and several types of umbrellas.  There is also a fire pit located just behind the sea wall, the perfect place to relax and create lasting memories.

Paraiso Del Mar (Entire Property for 13+ Guests)

I'm sorry my first review didn't make it online but I didn't want to miss an opportunity to say how wonderful the location and accommodations were as well as our experience. The houses were beautiful, clean and had everything you could possibly need. The beachfront location was perfect for swimming, relaxing and watching spectacular sunsets. Thank you and I'm sure we'll be back.

Perfect Seaside Getaway

We were a large group (3 families) and rented both houses and the casita. What a treat it was! The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer! The views of the ocean, which is only steps away, were spectacular. The beds were very comfortable, the house was amazingly clean and I really cannot think of any way our experience could have improved. I believe most (if not all) the rooms had large TVs and the kitchen was fully stocked. The water for showering was nice and hot! I say this because I’ve rented in Las Conchas before and hot water was hard to come by. The AC kept up beautifully, granted our needs were low being there in October.
The kids enjoyed playing with the beach toys that were available and also the boogie boards. I could go on and on, but I will summarize by saying we are

Wonderful Experience!

We were a large group and not only was the location perfect with the beachfront and ocean views but the accommodations were lovely. Everything you could want was provided, affording us a comfortable and very enjoyable stay. We would definitely return. Thank you.

Beautiful Stay

We were a group of 11 that stayed in this home. The pictures don't even do it justice. The home is way more beautiful in person and it exceeded all of our expectations. The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous at night. The beach front home deck is where we gathered every night to watch an amazing view of the sunset. The home is literally steps from the beach. We rented the entire home. Each bedroom was very large and beautiful. The house was immaculate when we arrived. There was not a grain of sand to be found. The linens were all clean and smelled fresh. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Edie and Joe were very thoughtful in making sure their guests were comfortable and had everything that they needed. We will absolutely be staying in this home again.

The best home in Puerto Penasc

My family & I stayed in the entire complex from 10/7 to 10/13/22. Everything was beautifully appointed from the linens and towels to the beds and furniture both inside and outside. The homes were immaculate, both kitchens had everything we needed and everything in all the homes worked perfectly creating a very cozy home away from home atmosphere. Section 5 has a beautiful almost rock free sandy beach perfect for kids to play. Joe and Edie were the perfect hosts and kept in touch with us making sure that all was going well and that we were enjoying our stay. Thank you both for a wonderful, memorable vacation in PARADISE!
