Villa Shera, is a great place in the Lalzi Bay area at Lura1 resort, within green at 100m from the beach. The villa can host up to 2 families with 10 bed places available and more couches. It provides free available parking place for more cars. Very close to multiple restaurants, mini-markets, Spa, Gym, swimming-pool, playgrounds The villa is build on 2 floors. In the first floor there is a bathroom and 3 bedrooms with access on a long balcony. The roof is accessible and give access to a large terrace you can use for relaxation, eating, taking the sun, reading or enjoying the night sky. The ground floor one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, dinning area and a separated kitchen. Outdoor furnished terrace is available and sides to the garden. Guest can access all the villa, in all areas which are not locked and which they do not have keys. Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, terraces and garden are all accessible. In case of issue or needs, guests can contact me for help. The villa is in a very green area and within the LURA 1 Resort. Within 300m multiple restaurants, bar/caffe can be found together with playing fields such as basket, football, tennis, and playgrounds for children. A swimming-pool, gym, and more mini-marktes. In addition there is also a fresh fruits and vegetable market from local producers. Within 10 km it is possible to reach Lakes, River a wonderful vineyard, some cultural monuments and the Rodoni Cape. Parking in the villa is easy. At the arrival you can park along the perimeter of the villa itself. The Fence is wide and allows parking for more vehicles. Getting around is easy by foot or with scooter or bikes. A long promenade is very nice for the morning and evening walks. Guest which might have special requests can contact the host for eventual arrangements.

beautiful house, excellent location: pharmacy store, hospital 30 meters, quiet place, the house has everything for a great vacation with children from chess to bicycles and a trampoline. large terrace and barbecue area. five minutes to the sea with an easy step in the shade of huge coniferous trees. the beach is wide sandy plus the owner has his own tent with 4 sun loungers. great place for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Large, spacious rooms. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a handy shop and restaurant on site. Close to the beach promenade, to which there was a path in the shade of trees. Everything in a gated community. Additionally, bicycles are available, 4 deckchairs on the beach under a tent and parking under the property. A sandy beach with a slowly sloping coastline, perfect for children.

Our large family stayed at the property for a little over two weeks. The house was very spacious and fully air conditioned, with all amenities needed to feel like home. Beautiful garden providing shade on those tropic days, and splendid rooftop terrace for relaxing in the evening. The beds were very comfortable. Very family-friendly as the property had toys, trampoline, bicycles/scooters for children which were great to use. The house had a lot of seating areas, making it possible for a large family like ours to either get together, or relax in smaller groups. Own beach tent with four sun-beds and private beach was an extra bonus. Gracious hosts - very helpful, easy to to reach and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at the villa. The villa is spacious, well equipped with all you need, the terrace is lovely, the sea and the beach very close, the beautiful complex, with commercial spaces and very shady. Thanks for hosting!
