Holiday home Sol y Más Moraira is a charming and luxurious holiday villa located in the quiet Pla del Mar neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from the lively center of Moraira and a 15-minute walk from the idyllic sandy beach of El Portet and the family sandy beach Playa de l'Ampolla.
 The house itself features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom are located in the guesthouse. Ideal for grandparents, older children, or a couple of friends, for example; privacy and enjoying time together.
 At this home, situated on a plot of 800 m², much attention has been paid to the beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden, which is atmospherically illuminated in the evening. While the children amuse themselves in the private pool, you read a book on the sun terrace or unwind completely on the Balinese bed. The covered lounge area with gas barbecue is a wonderful spot for long summer evenings with family and friends, to dine, have drinks, and enjoy the Spanish outdoor life.
 Inside, the atmosphere is light and modern, with stylish Ibiza-style decor. Authentic Spanish details such as dark wooden beams and built-in wardrobes have been carefully preserved. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort, all year round.
 The villa is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood just a 10-minute walk from the center, with many cozy restaurants, supermarkets, and the lively harbor of Moraira. Both El Portet beach and Ampolla beach are within walking distance or reachable in 5 minutes by car.
 Guests have exclusive access to the house and the guesthouse, including the swimming pool, the terraces, and the on-site parking.
 Upon arrival, you will receive the keys personally from our on-site host.
 Welcoming reception with beds made upon arrival, 2 bath towels per person (70x140), 1 hand towel (50x100) per person and 1 beach towel per person.
 Additionally, per booking 3 tea towels, 1 dishcloth, and a new sponge.
 Electricity up to a consumption of 200 kWh per week is included. Above that, additional costs will be charged at a rate of €0.35 per kWh.
The cost for final cleaning is €275.00
 Interim cleaning and linen change are available at an extra cost.
 We only accept bookings from guests who are over 25 years old.
 Pool heating is available at a rate of €25 per day.

Villa Sol y Más Moraira | near center and beach

Geweldige villa, precies zoals op de foto's. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een vakantie. Geweldige locatie, in 10-15 minuten lopen naar de stad. Taxi voor slechts € 7,- terug naar de villa. Kan niet blijer zijn met ons verblijf. We waren met z'n achten en deze villa was het perfecte formaat voor ons allemaal. Ik had een baby bij me en kon een reiswieg in onze kamer krijgen met een matras en een kinderstoel. Zou weer terugkomen! Geweldige hosts.

We zijn net terug van een heerlijke familievakantie in Moraira en hadden geen betere plek kunnen wensen om te verblijven. De villa was prachtig, brandschoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een ontspannen vakantie.De locatie was uitstekend - dichtbij genoeg om het centrum van Moraira in te lopen, met tal van mooie restaurants, winkels en het strand allemaal binnen handbereik (10/15 minuten).De buitenruimte was uitstekend, met een prachtig zwembad, tafeltennis, bordspellen en een geweldige buitenzit- en eethoek, waardoor het de perfecte plek was om te ontspannen en samen van maaltijden te genieten.Onze verhuurder, Eline, was vriendelijk, benaderbaar en altijd bereid om te helpen, wat de hele ervaring nog aangenamer maakte.We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad en zouden deze villa ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabele, goed gelegen accommodatie in Moraira. We komen in de toekomst graag terug.

Heerlijke familie vakantie!

Wij verbleven een week in deze prachtige ruime en smaakvol ingerichte vakantievilla met ons gezin. De ligging vonden wij ideaal: rustig gelegen, met voldoende privacy maar toch op loopafstand van Moraira en het strand. Het (verwarmde) zwembad en de buitenruimte waren een hoogtepunt voor allemaal. Communicatie met Eline en de sleutelhouder: top!

Geweldig

Wat een fantastische villa! We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen. Het verwarmde zwembad was heerlijk en alles zag er echt zo mooi uit als op de foto's. De ligging is perfect! Je loopt zo naar het centrum. Ook de communicatie met de eigenaar en beheerder was heel prettig! Echt een aanrader!
