Water's Edge on Cayuga Lake in Ithaca

We booked this home after changing our trip dates and losing the original house we rented. Boy, was it worth it!! The home is Beautiful! The views, natural light, huge master bathroom, and the most comfortable couch were just some of our favorite things. One of the bedrooms had kids' books and toys, and it was perfect for our 4-year-old daughter. The owners' communication with us was at its best! We look forward to returning next year!

House is Gorgeous

An idyllic place to stay on Cayuga Lake in Ithaca…If only we could have stayed longer! The home is beautifully decorated and well appointed, set up perfectly for a family getaway. Our 3yo was over the moon when she saw the adorable kids bedroom filled with books for every age and toys, including an Anna doll (IYKYK!). Ardys truly has thought of everything - from the basic toiletries like hair ties and Q-tips to board games and a fully stocked kitchen. This was a truly lovely stay with an incredibly helpful host.

Idyllic Place to Stay

We had a wonderful long weekend in Ithaca at this beautified home we came across on AirBnB. Ardys has an incredible spot right on Cayuga lake, close enough to town / Cornell that it’s quick to go back and forth, and also well situated to the wineries. It was amazing waking up right on the water every morning. The house is beautiful and she has thought of literally everything. Welcome basket with things you probably didn’t know you forgot, labels to find your way around the kitchen faster, towels sitting on the beds, a clear binder with house and neighborhood information, to name a few of the details that made us feel welcome. The house was recently remodeled so everything feels fresh and new, and we had zero issues to reach out to her about, aside from a couple of questions to which she responded promptly. The place was immaculate - we have two little kids so this was important. Looking forward to returning.

Incredible Spot

Our five night stay at this wonderful home on Cayuga Lake was outstanding. The property is clearly a 10! The home is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, extremely clean, and so comfortable. The views of the lake are truly spectacular. We loved the two-sided gas fireplace and living areas. The master bedroom, closet, and master bath are extremely spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. The welcome basket provided by the hosts was a wonderful added touch. The home is in a perfect location, close to Ithaca, state parks, and wineries. Ardys was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this home and we look forward to returning in the future.

Outstanding Home On Cayuga Lake

Had a perfect week! Ardys and her husband have a beautiful house and we were so pleased to be able to rent it for a week. Location was great and we loved being right on the water. Almost every evening was spent out back enjoying the view and peacefulness! We spent many hours fishing and using the kayaks provided to tour up and down the lake! Every room was beautifully furnished and anything you can think of needing was provided! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Hope we can return sometime!!
