Exterior amenities include fire pit, deck, parking, access to Saranac River & forested trails amidst 100 acre wooded preserve. Bring canoe/kayak & launch on Saranac River at our 16 acre lot across the street!
Your stay will be in a cozy fabulous loft style studio with private entrance. Ideal for 2 adults. Open and airy with a private bathroom, bedroom area with full bed, full kitchen and living area with queen futon. Bonfire with breathtaking view of McKenzie Mountain, seating & hammock.
Guests have private entrance and access to our wooded 100+ acre forested lot and 16+ acre Saranac River lot across the street. Unit is a suite above our garage with private entry via shared driveway. Guests have access to the firepit/bonfire area with seating. Some of our property is being newly landscaped so please pardon our dust.
We live on the property in the main house so if there’s anything that our guests need, we’re happy to oblige. We also have an 18 month old chocolate Labrador (Dozer) who may make your acquaintance if you let him. He doesn’t get to go in the unit to help preserve an allergy free zone for our allergic guests - his name is Dozer. 🐶❤️
On the property, you’ll fall in ❤️ with our walking trails, which are just behind the unit and go into 100 acres. This area is great for animal sightings such as turkeys, deer, rabbits, frogs, Fox and more. Our property is also river front on the Saranac River via a short walk across the street - guests enjoy the wooded property and ability to launch canoes/kayaks there.
Getting around… You’ll need a car to get to and from our property unless you’re motivated to bike to us! ❤️
Property is located in Saranac Lake but outside the Village limits. It is on a main thoroughfare into town about halfway between Bloomingdale and Saranac Lake. You can bring your canoe/kayak and launch it across the street on our 16 acre lot on the Saranac River!
