Beautifully renovated fully air-conditioned apartment in the middle of the town of Alvor. The apartment is located on the first floor (no lift) with beautiful decor. The apartment has a kitchen/dining area that provides all utensils for cooking. There is a small front balcony where you can sit in the morning sun and watch the world go by. The apartment has 2 single beds in the bedroom and a sofa that can comfortably sleep an additional 2 guests.. The lounge provides a tv with Portuguese and Uk channels along with wifi. There is one main bathroom with a walk in shower and a small half bathroom with toilet and sink area. The apartment comes with a washing machine and iron. These beautiful apartments have access to a stunning roof terrace where you have a private section for your apartment where you can relax in the sun or take in the breathtaking views and watch the sunset.

Alvor itself is a picturesque fishing village with quaint cobbled streets that boast numerous quality bars and restaurants. The 3 mile long sandy beach is only a short walk from the apartments and so also is the boardwalk which allows you to walk round the estuary and enjoy the views.
The entire area is a nature reserve popular with walkers , bird watchers and just people who want to relax in beautiful surroundings.
Nearby, in addition to several beaches and the ria de alvor, there are a number of options available such as: water theme parks, several golf courses (Penina Golf, Alto, Gramacho and Palmares). Also near the Algarve International Aerodrome where you can enjoy various activities. We can on request arrange various activities of interest. We also recommend a visit to Zoomarine. In Portimão, you can visit the Museum and Municipal Theater.

A Wonderful Stay at Casa Sunset in Alvor!

My November visit to Casa Sunset in Alvor, managed by A22 Property Management, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property itself is stunning, offering a perfect mix of comfort, style, and breathtaking views. The interiors were spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything I could possibly need for a relaxing stay.

The location is ideal—peaceful yet close to Alvor’s vibrant town center, beautiful beaches, and great local restaurants. Waking up to the serene views and enjoying the sunsets from the terrace was a highlight of my trip.

A22 Property Management deserves special praise for their professionalism and attentiveness. From the seamless booking process to their prompt responses and friendly service, they truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. It was evident they take great pride in maintaining the property and looking after their guests.
