The unit is located in our livable neighborhood of Beachtown, facing the amazing north breeze.</p> <p>The unit is located right next to our retail area "The Village", and a 10 min walk from the beach, through the premises of Almaza Bay Hotels. Rental guests are only allowed to use the homeowners beach, not the hotel beach or facilities. </p>
